I have hired carpet cleaners in past. This was the first time I have used this Company and product for carpet cleaning. I was so impressed. There was a visual difference. Greg was on time and very helpful answering my questions. The carpet was dry enough by the end of the day. The dry time helped us to move in our things alot sooner than my past experiences. I've already called to book him for another job.

The chem-dry process used to clean carpets provides a higher quality of clean than the typical steam clean. My carpets are light colored and about 8 years old with several dark and worn areas. The chem-dry removed the dark spots and restored my carpet back to looking new. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

I contacted Greg on Tuesday, dropped off the recliner/rocker on Friday evening and picked it up Saturday. Amazing turn-around. The 10+ year old chair looks brand-new. I heartily recommend him and Pristine Chem-Dry and will definitely use him when we need to have our carpets cleaned.

Very punctual and professional service. My doorbell rang at precisely the time the service was booked for. I have a high density (beige, light in color) carpet that has never had a carpet clean (approx. 15 yrs). There were several stains throughout the area to be cleaned which included cat hairballs, residue from fireplace vent demolition, beverages, etc. A few times over the years I have tried to clean the worst with household cleaners to no avail. Pristine Chem-Dry exceeded my expectation for the work performed! The carpet looks great! There were a couple spots that my service provider was not
