On May 20th I called Babayans panicked having an accident happened on our oriental rug. I was somewhat surprised with the professionalism I received from your staff, rare nowadays. Babayans arranged same day pick up as your driver had not gone by my area yet. I was told before hand that the stain might not come out through regular cleaning. I was offered custom stain removal if the stain did not come out through regular cleaning the and as I had no choice agreed to the extra charge to save my beautiful rug. Three days later I received a phone call from one of your staff notifying me

I had my rug cleaned and repaired at Babayans,. It was stained and the fringes were coming off. They cleaned my rug and I got a call asking if I wanted to have my fringes repaired. I got a very reasonable price . When I got my rug back it looked like brand new.

I used to have my rugs cleaned by Babayan's for years. Now another company has taken over this location - LoveYourRug. I brought 5 rugs for cleaning - one of the light colored rugs had yellow stains perhaps left from poor rinsing of the cleaning product. 3 looked like they were smeared, same appearance as prior to the cleaning. One rug was adequately cleaned.
The stained rug is most likely destroyed. I will try to bring elsewhere to see if it can be salvaged. I cannot recommend.

Service was terrible.
This company is actually Love your rug and they contract out their in home carpet cleaning.
The company that came out to do my 2 rooms was absolutely terrible. I called Love your Rug to advise and they did nothing about it
They left spots all over a biege rug. Had to call in another company to do a proper clean.
Do not use this company.

I have been taking my expensive rugs to Babayan’s for years. They always do a great job. I had my rugs picked up recently and the driver was very courteous.
The fringes were getting damaged and they called and they pointed it out to me. I ok’d the repair and the technicians made my rug look like new again.
I would strongly recommend.

Babayans was sold to (Love Your Rug Cleaning Toronto) and now charge 100% more than Babayans prices. Talked to an employee there and because they have painted and installed new flooring and are installing Televisions they now have to charge more and they can set their own prices, and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere.
Too bad, I like Babayans and was a loyal customer for many years!!

Dropped off one rug 2x3 m, almost 8 weeks before, IKEA rug. I used the cash & carry service. Unfortunately I received a rug with the following problems. 1. The rug was full with black long hair, from other rugs since these hair don t come from my rug, I needed to vacuum it both sides. 2. They storage the rug without any wrap, I believe that since they storage all rugs in same space they should protect each other with plastic wrap. 3. They unravel it in a small spot. I believe they should just have sew it, 4. While I was laying the rug on my living room floor, in some parts his hair were rough,

I highly recommend this company. They picked up the very heavy rug which required some movement of furniture. I had been quoted a price, but due to the fact the rug had glued on borders was told that the charge would be more, but then got a phone call stating the owner stuck by the original estimate. I found both pickup and delivery to be in the time frame I was given and the cleaning job was excellent. Overall a very good experience considering how many scam artists there are out there today. Kudos to this company for giving me a very positive experience!

I dropped few rugs off to be washed professionally by Babayan's carpet cleaning. Their customer services were great. The rug cleaning result was beyond my expectation to the point that I did not want to use my rugs again (not to get them dirty). Their cleaning cost was fair and their customer services and punctuality of having my rugs ready in 5 days was excellent. Thank you so much Theo and your great staff for doing such an amazing job.
