Awful company. Highly encourage you to shop elsewhere. Hired me before the pandemic, and when I was laid up for a week with covid, the owner expected me to be at work in close proximity to other employees and when I refused for their safety and said I was legally required to quarantine due to a positive covid test, she fired me on the spot. Then refused to supply an RoE so I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to apply for EI.

Couple days ago, you had sent someone to clean the windows in our office space. I wanted to provide you with some feedback. The two gentlemen that came down were respectful, stayed out of the way as possible, and did a top-notch job!
Additionally, the windows look so clean I’m often mistaken in thinking the windows are actually open.

Received a written quote followed up by an email confirmation of price when I booked my appointment. I should have been weary when there were several mishaps with appointments and bookings, etc. but I proceeded in good faith as my neighbours were happy with the service they received. When the date of service arrived, the man who originally issued quote showed up to do work and said he could not honor the quote and that there was miscommunication. After at least 20 minutes of him calling his office and walking in and out of my home, I called the office. I got a manager who was ineffective at best
