I hired them from an ad in the money saver, was up sold on a few items, one some type on mold in ducts from a new furnace. They left a huge mess, marked up my walls. The BIG up sell was saying i had no insulation in my attic, said they also do insulation, never provided the pink R rating slip, I called and emailed over 50 times said they mailed it, said they drop it off, never did and still not received and now i find out that the insulation is not up to code and that i was over charged and i have no paper proving what they did or didn't do. Do not let them in your house. They lie to your face and distract you while another worker pretends to work. We got charged $900 for extra ad on services about "dusty AC coils" and dangerous mold that he never showed me. They only stayed 30 Mins! Note to those guys: There is better work out there . Please change your profession to something honest- don't steal from seniors and stay at home moms.

Complete scam. I am writing this review on behalf of a senior who was taken by this company. They were called through a coupon offered in the moneysaver.ca booklet. The crew arrived and a smooth talker would stay upstairs and distract the home owner while the others are in the basement doing ????? Nothing was cleaned. They were told not to go into the basement for a couple of hours due to the spray that they used. They also try to sell you other services which cost extra. The smooth talker was in the attic and said that there was not enough insulation and they could add more for an additional

Do not ever hire this team for the safety of your family. I'd be surprised they actually have a license. I wished I asked for one. We had two different gas leaks and many code violations for my gas install including not installing a main shutoff valve. When I tried to get him back he was too busy to look at a gas leak. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix all their mistakes.

It's my first time on this, I CALLED them BECAUSE in a coupon all included 129.95 in wich they promised NO hidden fees.
They connected a suction tube in the main duct ( that wasn't suctioned anything at all) and for less than 5 seconds they kicked out compressed air with a small tube (half of an inch) on each grid of the house,
I Was I wondering that's all? and during this process, I was told I must pay extra $ 180 more for cleaning the air conditioning filter and heating

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
With the recommendation of my interior designer, I hired About Pure Air to replace my furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, re-circulating loop and complete some minor duct modifications in my house. I also purchased a steam unit for a shower from them.
Their quote was higher than others obtained, but I felt that with my designers recommendation, I could be confident in their work. However, there work was sloppy, and they had to come back several times (at my insistence) to fix several gas leaks. They incompletely installed my steam unit, then were quite unprofessional
