This is for the owners, like Glenn Sopiwnyk and Sharon Langley, we never heard back from the estimator with a quote, and im sure we are not the only three to have this experience. Why as the owner , do you allow this kind of professionalism take place, if this is employee driven and not company policy, than the estimator should be fired.
Don’t give me a fluff answer give us the facts, do this to enough people and it will catch up to your company, its called karma.

1st. Requested estimate for my backyard excavation for my patio pavers and the office said someone will call me but after few days I followed upand still didnt received any call. Unprofessional.
2nd. I ordered 3/4 stones and requested into my backlane. Waiting for the call during delivery day but I have to follow up on what time. And then to my surprise they put it at the backlane/port without contacting me so I can guide where to put. So I have to cleanup by myself stones outside my property as it's blocking part of the backlane. The manager said that's how it works and they will not contact

We asked for a quote to lay paving stones on our driveway, sidewalk and patio. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Have not received a quote or heard from anyone at all. Left 2 messages with the receptionist to have someone call us. Tried to call the guy who came out. No answer and unable to leave a message as his mailbox was full. After reading other google reviews, it appears this is a pattern. This company does not appear to want business.

I called J&D Environmental after an awful experience with Breathe Easy Eco Solutions. Breathe Easy had charged me double for what J&D did for testing asbestos and then ended up mixing up samples and wanted to assume everything had asbestos or wanted me to pay an extra $200 for re-test samples! When I called J&D environmental, they came to take a sample the very next day. They told me they only charge $65 per sample whereas Breathe Easy charged $100 per sample! Results were quick and saved us thousands of dollars! Thank you J&D!

Horrible customer service. Requested a quote for work on October 21st. Had an appointment scheduled for October 22nd. Estimator didn’t show up and after a call to the office was told there was a miscommunication and someone would be out the next day.
Estimator arrives and looked at the area where work was to be completed. Was told I would have an estimate in a day or 2. No estimate was sent out and no phone call saying it would be delayed.
Sent an email and called on October 28th. Was told it would take a couple days to get it all together.
Still waiting for this quote. Sent another email

Fantastic staff In the store! Nicole and Colin are a pleasure to deal with and are very knowledgeable, they were able to help me with my project, prices were very reasonable, and the best part about it was I was able to get everything that I need for my project. Who know they had so much product. I recommend J&D Penner for all your landscape products. Can’t wait to go back and buy some pots once I am done. Thanks again guys!!! 5 star all the way.

I was told I had 3 months to return my pallet core to them when I picked up my bricks. When I brought it back about 2 1/2 months later, they refused to give me my 25$ for the pallet I had returned as they stated their policy for cores are 1 month. Regardless of the miscommunication by both the store, and myself for not reading the entire invoice, they still would not refund my 25$ core charge even with the pallet in their hands.
I live over an hour away from the store to begin with and getting it there was not convenient to. This company clearly does not care about the average Joe. Very poor customer
