I contracted Bert Vis to tile the floor and fireplace of my newly built sunroom. Notwithstanding the fact that the construction of the project was 5 months behind schedule, Bert Vis was the one silver lining in what was otherwise and exercise in frustration. I am extremely pleased with all levels of their staff. Bert Vis kept to schedule, and the installer was amazing!!! I am extremely satisfied with their great customer care and the skill set of their installer…I wish my experience with the other trades was half as good.

We would highly recommend Bert Vis Flooring to anyone in the market for flooring. The sales staff were most helpful in assisting us in the selection of our Ceramic Flooring and Luxury Vinyl Plank for our home. We had a great experience with Bert Vis and I would highly recommend using their services. Starting with Wilhem who came to the house to provide a quote; to the many trips to the shop to pick up samples to determine which way we would go: to the installation with Nate and team. This team is very professional we painted walls before hand and they didn’t leave a scratch and no touch ups needed. The work and the carpet is beautiful we got exactly what was quoted. Thanks to Bert Vis would definitely recommend!!

I was dealing with Home Depot for my flooring and they quoted me 3200.00. Had my flooring delivered 4 weeks prior and scheduled installation on dec 28 and 39. They came and told me it was going to cost me another 1800. So I cancelled my order on dec 28 and still waiting for them to call me back for my refund. I called Bert vis flooring on the same… day at 10:00 in the morning I believe and Ralph came to my house same day at 3:30 pm and got a quote that same day!! I’m just waiting now for an installation date. I am so happy so far with the efficiency Ralph has been returning my emails
