They have taken my personal and private information and have splashed it throughout the Internet without my authorization! I have been trying to send them emails to have them remove it but I am getting the runaround! I plan on contacting my attorney first thing in the morning to have them remove it! Wish me luck!

This company has used my personal information without my consent (looks like they accessed it from Linkedin). I have attempted to contact them and ask for it to be removed and they sent me a form to complete to prove my identity which had 28 other peoples personal information attached.
My Linkedin profile was not public, so they have logged in to access the information.

Very antiquated software overall. Their support staff changes frequently and will provide conflicting information to questions asked. Very time consuming to utilize for lead generation and the leads they provide are overall very week. I'm am seeing bounce back rates as high as 75% from there leads but the leads I am generating from my own industry sources are far lower (around 25%) Very dissatisfied with working with them and have made multiple attempts to resolve with them and they have been very slow to offer up solutions.

I've used multiple different SDR tools over the last 5 years and this is far and away the best value I've received. leads are high quality and affordable. SDR tools have some bells and whistles I don't get value out of, but core functionality is super easy to use. Hubspot integration made my life way easier.
