We had our 4br sidesplit bedroom level's worn original hardwood strip floors replaced with engineered hardwood. We liked the result so much we had Thomas Flooring back to do the mid- level with the same product.
Price was good and the service was stellar. The installers were very skilled, timely and tidy, and came up with flexible solutions to stair and edge challenges. We will definitely use Thomas Flooring when it's time to redo our main level and basement.

We've used Thomas Flooring twice over the last ten years, and both times were highly impressed by knowledgeable and helpful staff. With our latest project of replacing all floors on two levels, they were extremely responsive and went above our expectations. The Tosca wood floor we bought is beautiful and we appreciate that they carry the small, local Canadian wood manufacturer. The quality of the floors is excellent.

We had an excellent experience with Thomas Flooring. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful as we evaluated flooring options. The personalised service was much better than we received a other stores we visited. The installation went very well, with regular communication from the store as the project progressed. We liked the floor so much, that we continued and did the rest of our main floor area and stairs. Looks fantastic!

Had a good experience with them overall. The carpet installation was top notch and they were extra careful not to damage any of my newly refinished wood trim. The only minor issue was with the metal transitions which were very dented after installation but they promptly replaced all of them and the 2nd pass was acceptable.

The best part of the job was the tear out of our old main floor flooring, leaving a blank slate! I wish we were still there...
There seemed to be little thought when starting out on the project, no mention from Danica (salesperson) that the supposed "premium" porcelain tiles we paid for might have an issue with curvature. We were told there may have been uneven parts of our subfloor so instead of self-levelling and taking time to make it right, they started tiling right away and then tried to blame the tiles we chose as causing the problem. The tiler had the gall to tell me that he wouldn't have
