Visited the Burlington showroom, today, and I have to say that I was wildly impressed - not only with the vast selection, but with staff attentiveness and knowledge. I was teamed up with Heather to make the tile + hardwood selections for my new home build and she not only accommodated all of my unique requests (that included specific colour families, surface textures, etc.), but provided helpful design advice that made the decision-making process effortless; highly recommend based on customer service alone!

We had a great experience here! We were looking to transform our home and with the help of Eden Tile-It, we were able to achieve exactly that. It was overwhelming to make a decision prior to arrival in store. The staff was so quick to help us and guide us through their wide selection of hardwood flooring on our first visit. From the incredible customer service and efficient staff our experience and our home transformation is remarkable which is why I am sharing our story. I highly recommend them. Our home feels like a dream home now!

We have had a frustrating experience with Eden Tile and we unfortunately will be going elsewhere for any future projects. I have also spoken directly with the operations manager and owner about our experience and let them know about our disappointing experience .
We had several jobs done by them starting in July (front entryway tile, backsplash and hardwood floor in main level). The only positives I will say up front was their store staff were very informative and the guy who installed our entryway tile and backsplash was great (thank you Mike!).
Here however are the concerns:

Truly disappointing service. Bought my second round of tiles here in the last year. I had remaining tiles from the year before. I asked no less than three people for help calculating what I needed and not one of them could help. Really? At a tile store? When I pressed, one of the staff he told me he didn’t understand how to calculate tile size v. square footage. This is the bare minimum in a store that services trades.
Placed my order for two boxes on account of having some remaining and had a call back giving me a hard sell on a third box. Was told if I needed the extra box it would be several

Eden Tile-it is by far my favourite tile and flooring company to work with! Their staff are amazing and always give great advice, their selection is comparable to none, and everything is organized and clean. Today, Jennifer was quick to offer me a perfect solution for a material shortage (my own error) and I'm grateful she was able to keep our project moving on time and still looking A+.

The showroom is clean and organized. You can even find some clearance items of good quality.
We bought our washroom tile flooring from them and 6 months later haven't been disappointment.
I agree with other reviewers that sales people here are missing in action . This is something that took out a star from my review. Other than that, this is a place to visit if you are looking to renovate.

I had an unfortunate incident with water earlier this year that impacted every floor in my house. Literally every floor surface in my house has had to be redone. Here is the silver lining, courtesy of Eden Tile-It in Burlington
After seeing this tile in a friend’s house I fell in love with it and thought I’d love to have it in mine someday. The water issue gave me the opportunity to realize that "someday" when I had to replace all my flooring. It was a very technical and intricate process to make it work with the hardwood but any worries I had were quickly set aside by Bill and his amazing
