Love this store because the selection and the service are both exceptional. I agree with another reviewer who describes it like a candy store. We searched throughout the GTA for tile that was unique and lovely at a good price and somehow landed here. In particular the selection of encaustic tile is terrific. The owner and the staff are helpful if one needs any advice and that's a good thing when the market is saturated with choice. You can go to check out other retailers first as we did, but in the end it only served to reinforce that this was a great place to end up. We have returned for a second

Best place to source tile and the most friendly helpful staff! We have done 2 bathroom renovations where we went to S&S to source tile. Slavica, Alex and the whole team at S&S always gave us the best advice and options, fair pricing, and very easy to work with and get delivery on a big order. Honestly with renovations we have been weary of who we source from and the quality of the products and no doubt that my tile experience was the best. I am a customer for life! We will be doing our main floor in the future and all my tile will come from S&S! Thanks team!

Life is busy, so I only take the time to write reviews when the quality of my experience is so exceptional that I can't not do it. SS Tile and Stone is a wonderful establishment with which to do business. We found a beautiful tile pattern online that had 48 different tiles in the pattern. Wayfair had like 6 of them. We ordered one of each just as samples, which convinced us we had to have them. Well, the ONLY place we could find them all was through SS Tile. The tiles are made by a company called Heralgi out of Spain. It was a tough order to work out because of the distance the tiles would have

The existing reviews are accurate. Beautiful selection of decorative tile, including options that were not found in "bigger" tile shops. Excellent and reliable service. Very friendly staff. Definitely feels like a family run business, which makes it feel even better to shop here. Would come back to purchase tile again. Highly recommend

When we started porcelain tile selection for our bathroom remodelling, we got on the “10 best tiles stores” bandwagon, as likely most of the people. So we were making trips to these remote big-box target destinations like “Olympia Tile”, “Ciot”, “Canaroma, “Centura Tile", but could not find matching high-standards patterns. It was a mere fluke we somehow ended up on the front of SS Tile and Stone store (SS means Selection and Style), and from that moment our luck turned on.
