Having a bat in your house is another story altogether. When bats make a home of your attic or shed, they become a nuisance very quickly. Bats, the parasites they carry and the smell from their waste causes great concern for home owners with a bat infestation. Like other wildlife, bats do come with the chance of being infested with rabies.
Needless to say, there are many types of birds in Southern Ontario. Like other wildlife, birds will often enter a home in search of shelter and nesting. Called to have 2 skunks rescued and reunited with their mother. Pest Kings came quickly and within minutes had solved the issue. A plan was established to relocate the family which currently lives under my shed. Excellent service. They were well versed in dealing with skunks. Definitely recommend Pest Kings.

Extremely satisfied as a first time homeowner and my first winter. These guys were sincere and professional in making me feel normal about having mice in my attic!! They also have a great sense of humor. They went over and above their job duties. We had critters in our attic, likely raccoons, and for sure bats. We talked to another big company, but we wanted a more personalized solution. I talked to Justin a couple of times, and Frank once. I could tell that they were the right folks to come and work together with us for the best solution. Even then, we had agreed on a custom solution, but when they came and blocked the first area, I could hear them talking between themselves that this wasn’t visually acceptable. I was misinformed about my rodent problem by another company who just wanted to tell me I had mice. I heard sounds for days after their treatment. Fed up with no sleep I contacted pest kings. The did a very in depth inspections and discovered that my issue was squirrels in my attic. They humanly removed them and my home has been squirrel free. Thanks Doll.

Was skeptical about this but Justin and Frank did their magic and it does appear to have reduced the mosquito problem. we have a giant yard so it's a stretch but so far so good. I suspect that 2-3 applications per summer are required and that would be good value and a great return on the investment. Thumbs up so far.

Out of nowhere my house went from bat free to infested? I called pest kings and they were at my house the next day getting rid of the bats in my roof. Justin and Frank walked me through the process and showed me a video of where the bats were coming in.
I haven't seen any more signs of the bats. I'm very happy with my service.

I own several properties around the GTA and I have been getting many complaints within the past year from tenants regarding animals in or around their units.
I have been using Pest Kings for all of my properties because they are cheap and thorough. Only one tenant has complained again after the initial visit from Pest Kings. I called Justin and he immediately went back.
If you manage multiple properties, you know how much of a hassle this can be... but with this company it really wasn't. I will be using them again.
