Initially ordered the same strips of glass for my aquarium from another glass company in Concord who told me they would have it done the next day, only to follow up and never get a phone call back...Then I found Pilkey Glass, and not only were they less than half the price for the same order, they under-promised the time line, and over delivered. Excellent customer service from both folks I spoke to. Definitely going to refer my fellow marine (or anyone for that matter) reef folks to them when they're in need of exceptional service.

Amazing customer service & quick turnaround. Quoted this glass insert in plexiglass at another supplier and it was over $150 this replacement coffee table insert was under $100. Very please and far better quality than the original insert. I had custom mirrors made for my salon as well. Same great experience and competitive pricing.

Been working with PILKEY glass more than a year absolutely best service in town did many projects with them including porch inclosure 6 different showers with funky designs they always delivered and my clients were happy with their product. Definitely recommend them to other trades and companies who know what they want right of the bat

Shower doors & 3 lrg mirrors installed June 5 & I pd same day - chose local business. Added 2 robe hooks to order after install. Many delays due to covid absolutely understandable but thereafter every call/email was met with "lemme check with John" and follow ups were NOT returned. "They are extremely busy due to covid". I get it, Covid... however the "really big job"s they seem to prioritize over other orders, and those paid for within the hr of install. I followed up so many times that I've simply given up. Disappointed to say the least. Support local but don't bother with Pilkey's unless you

At first I gave them lower rating because they did not cover the glass that I ordered and therefore glass damaged inside of my car where it was sitting and it got a chip in the corner during the transfer.
But then when I took the glass back for a cut (coz it was bigger than my coffee table) they took care of it in couple of hours, delivered it in wrapped paper and did not even charge me for it.
And they are very helpful over the phone and will provide you with whatever information that you need.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I am not one to write a negative review, however my experience with Pilkey Glass was so awful that I feel others should be warned. We took a piece of beveled glass from my grandmother's china hutch cabinet door from Italy as a template to cut a similar size. The piece of glass was not only expensive but also something that was very important to my family. Pilkeys apparently lost or threw out the piece of glass and could not re-create it. When I politely asked for some type of compensation, the employee told me he "did not have patience for this"! I was absolutely

I contacted Pilkey for a quote for a glass wall panel for my basement staircase. I received an initial rough estimate in-store after describing what I wanted to do. I followed up via email with detailed measurements hoping to get a more refined quote and establish a date for onsite measurement. That's when customer service went out the window.
After no response to my email, It took several calls to finally get John on the line and provide a verbal quote. Happy with the price, I asked if he could email me the quote. Again...internet silence. Many, many calls later trying to get the email quote

We had two thermal pane windows in need of repair. The company that made them is long ago out of business.
Another local glass company came out to measure the job, but never got back to us with a quote. So we contacted Pilkey.
From start to finish Pilkey's staff were prompt, friendly and professional.
Even though the windows are of an unusual type, they were able to replace the internal glass units, remove and replace the decorative molding, leaving the windows looking perfect. Brilliant.
I highly recommend Pilkey for this type of work.
