We're a strip commercial mall with 32 parking stalls. We used Superyards for snow clearance for the first time this past winter.
Storefront and sidewalk clearance was done very well, almost always done prior to mall opening.
Parking lot clearance improved over the winter once it was clarified that shop owners often arrived at 7 am. There were some initial issues with snow not being cleared enough from some parking stalls making them unusable.
We checked several companies and found Superyards' fees to be the most competitive considering the minimum snowfall levels for service.

This is a small one man, one employee company. He has taken on large contracts, then struggled to get the occasional part time staff to do the work.
He has let us down several times due to "Staff sickness, holidays etc", or some other excuse.
We are now with ####### (sory cannot promote other businesses here), and very happy with them.
The owner of Superyards has a full time job with the City of Calgary which clearly impacts his ability to run his snow and yard business.
Don't be fooled by all the positive comments, I guess these are from his friends trying to help him out, but

Had Jon and his team starting taking care of our house recently. They showed up after an urgent call and did a great job to remove all the ice on my driveway and cleaned the sidewalk for sure. That was a late evening and I believe it was a super long day for them and the most important thing was they did what they promised. Will recommend Superyards to friends!

I've gone with some lesser, fly-by-night lawn care companies before, you know the ones; the ones you wonder if they'll break into your house later.
Top notch! They're also cautious around our two Jeeps in the front when wheeling around their equipment. I love our vehicles so I appreciate that.

These guys made my lawn and yard look great all summer long. They always showed up even the day there was a huge thunderstorm and had to leave early because of the hail they came back the next day. They mowed really well and made my lawn look better than any on the block. There was one spot where all the dogs in the neighbourhood made dry spots on the grass while walking with their owners and they fixed that somehow too. While I was on vacation they came every time and kept it up. They owner Jon is really nice friendly guy and always honest and on the up and up.

I use Superrdyas to take care of all my yard's maintenance in both summer and winter.
John prices are really reasonable. I love how he trims and mows my yard it is picture perfect. In winter as soon as the snow falls he is out there with his shovel clearing the snow and clears off my driveway too. I would recommend Superyards to anyone who is too busy to look after their yards maintenance.

These guys are really friendly and love what they do: snow removal and lawn care for homes and businesses and it shows!! They do a great job at snow removal in the winter and make my lawn and flowerbeds look wonderful in the summer. They come right away after a snowstorm and seem to love shoveling and scraping...he is so cheerful and friendly. Lol.
