My countertops came out looking fantastic and the service was very good. The price was also quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

I had my kitchen counter installed in spring 2014. The under-the-counter sink was installed as well. A short time later, the sink gave way. I called them back to redo it which they did at no charge. It was difficult tracking them down. I had to do all the work in that respect. Then on Dec. 31, the sink gave way again. I called several times and they are going to charge me $150 to $200 for a service call. After this has happened twice in six years, I don't want to deal with it again in 2025! They do not stand behind their work. As I type this, I remember them coming to deal with chips in the quartz

Initial interaction with Stonesense was really positive. Met with Byron, he helped me pick a counter that worked for me and my kitchen, showed me slabs, and was really great all around in getting the sale. As soon as I put my down payment though, it all went downhill.
I told Byron that the kitchen was ready to be measured, he indicated he could have someone out right away, and should have it installed within 2 weeks. I paid November 11th, and didn't have the measurements done until November 18th. I had to call every single day, both to Byron and to the office to get the guy to even come and measure

I'm very glad I found this company through a Google search, they had great prices that beat a lot of competitors and the product is great. During my reno I got the quarts in Linen white. Working with Pia at the store was very easy and the install guys where fast, efficient, professional, and took the time explaining to me on how to care for my new countertops. I recommend using this company

LOVE our quartz countertops that we had installed from StoneSense. The owner is friendly and was very helpful and the pricing is reasonable. Quality product and even though we are located outside the city, they did not charge us for the installation and delivery. highly recommend this company for your countertop needs.

From start to finish STONESENSE did a fabulous job! We did a full kitchen Reno from cupboards to counters to sinks, include bathroom vanities in all our bathrooms. The quality, and selection is incredible. It’s your one stop shop for any type of Kitchen or bathroom Reno you are doing!

Terrible Customer Service, Take your Business Elsewhere
We were in the countertop market last fall and looked around most of the top spots in Ottawa. When we had originally arrived at Stonesense, the sales associate took a look at our measurements and provided us a quote. The owner later looked at it and changed the quote based on a different final measurement. Both these measurements were different from what all the other countertop suppliers had provided us. However, the final price was still good for the Handstone white countertop we were looking for. When we went back to talk to them again

Wish I had looked at the reviews of this business before wasting my time the past few weeks. I went to their storeroom (before the shutdown) and picked out a remnant to be cut. I sent the exact measurements in a sketch by email a few days later as instructed by Orlando, and expected to hear back with any kind of confirmation. After 6 phone calls,… two of which I spoke to two different female representatives, I finally called back one more time and was patched through to Orlando, who claimed not to receive any messages from his female colleagues. He had seen the email but failed to reply

I had an awful experience with this company. I recommend going somewhere else that will not cause you a headache. I needed to chase down Orlando for months to the point where I went back to the shop to demand a time for the measurements to be done. He couldn't even give me a specific time of day, just which day they were coming. After the measuring, I needed to call basically every day trying to get a hold of Orlando. He would even claim that he either never saw that I called, didn't get my messages or that he had been calling me. I finally spoke with a woman there and demanded that I have an installation

Bought countertops from here. After we gave Orlando our deposit, he was extremely hard to get a hold of and kept delaying our installation. He would tell us a date and a time and just not show up. We took the day off to be there for the installation and they just wouldn’t show up. Because it was such a hassle, he told us he would give us a discount and told us the new price. When his guys came to install the countertops, they told us a different price and made us call him and he said “he doesn’t remember saying that” and changed the price on us again.
