Mon conjoint et moi avons fait affaire avec Mountain Granite de Thurso au Québec. Nous avons reçu un service platine. We have built our new house and we have bought all our Quartz counters for the 2 bathrooms and kitchen.
For the bathroom, they started by doing the hole for the sink on the wrong location, the second time they installed a counter with a big chip. We finally came on with an agreement to add a backslash to hide it but we had to ask for it. This was… not their offer.
A few months later we realize we have a small chip on the kitchen counter. We don't know if it was on the installation or us. They want to charge us to fix it. Stay away from this cie.

I dealt with Bob for a $400 piece of granite remnant for our hearth. His service was professional, friendly and the product was exactly as described on their on-line inventory database. Pick-up date was bang on in time for me to finish my project. I was concerned I wouldn't get the service because it was a remnant piece and not a $10,000 piece but Bob did not disappoint. Products are fairly the same from store to store but service is the intangible that businesses can provide that will keep people coming back. With so much appreciation!

I am so happy with my beautiful Dekton ‘Trilium” countertops! The farmhouse/industrial look is stunning. Nancy, you’re the best! Mountain Granite experience was exceptional for us.
We visited several suppliers in the National Capital area and we must say that they where the most professional. Some other suppliers wanted us to pay some amounts in cash and we did not feel comfortable doing this for warranty purposes.
Our salesman Gerald was truly helpful from m start to finish. All timelines promised where met.
The installers where amazing and even went the extra when I had an issue with the island and my dishwasher. They made sure the counter was installed professionally and we are super happy with our new counters.

The entire process of installing quartz countertops in our kitchen and two bathrooms was easy thanks to the professional, competent work of the Mountain Granite installers. We could not have had a better experience from beginning to end. Nicola's advice was most helpful as she guided us through the entire process. Building a house is a stressful matter . Mountain Granite made this crucial stage of the build a pleasure.
