Faraz was on time and professional. He wore a mask even when we were talking outside the house. During the service he was conscientious of the space and wore covers over his boots inside the house.
He was clear about what he would be doing and sent a text when the service was completed so I knew the timeline to return.
I appreciate that on the second visit he called to give advance notice about when he would arrive.
He was very approachable and I felt gave very clear responses to all our questions when he came to do the service.

Just got the keys to our new home; first thing we notice was a dead mice underneath our first floor toilet sink. We called Pestend right away. Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough, he took the time to walk us through how mice potentially get into our home, proper ways to handle mice droppings, prevent additional mice coming in, and lay down several traps. However due to our home and the deck built around it, he was not able to check any further. Not a fault to Pestend, but if you have a similar situation, inaccessible to the foundation wall from outside, you might be better off laying down

I have had a mouse problem ever fall for the past five years at my rental property. This year was the worst and had an all-out mouse invasion in November. Ram has been servicing my restaurant in downtown Toronto for several years now and I highly recommend their services. Javaid visited my home a few times, he was very professional and helpful. He made sure to explain everything to us which helped us understand what was going on, which was very helpful. We used Pestend service couple of years ago in our old house and we were very happy with the service we received at that time. We gave them a call again after we identified a problem in the new house and Javaid came quickly on a short notice, did thorough inspection of the whole house and set traps over and above from what I was expecting. I gave two stars instead of one because, in fairness, the technician found a hole in the roof missed by the first Wildlife company I called. However there ended up being two holes in the roof (the second was found by another wildlife company that came after and inspected my attic). Also, the technician who came out seemed hesitant/fearful to look in the cupboard where I told him the sound was coming from. And the one-way squirrel door he installed ended being too big for type of squirrel that was causing the problem, as I later learned from the subsequent Wildlife company who actually took care

Dealing with Javaid Sadiq from Pestend has been an awful experience. The upshot is that he carelessly blasted poisonous powder all over my place, in excessive quantity. What's even more disturbing is that he probably did this as a sort of twisted revenge. Read on for the juicy details!

I sent an email to them requesting an inspection. I got several responses. One from Tina, one from Labeed Butter and several from Neetu Gogna.
I asked for a sample of their inspection report form. Neetu Gogna said she couldn't provide one for privacy issues. I sent another email explaining that I didn't want an actual report they provided for a customer, just a sample of a report. Again Neetu Gogna told me she couldn't provide one for privacy reasons and that I could choose another service.
All I can say at this point is that these people would have probably sent an unlicensed

Since writing my original review, I had a chance to discuss this with my wife further, who was the one who dealt with the serviceman (I was at work).
Apparently, his inspection of the premises was cursory, to the point where she actually asked him to lift up the rug leading to the crawl space (which we believe to be the source of the infestation, as it leads directly under the house) and he refused to check the area because he did not want a rat jumping out at him. I also discovered a glue pad covered with rat hair, which I believe is the remnants of the dead rat the gentleman says he disposed

They came back and installed more mouse bait. A couple months after that they returned and then recommended that I put screens on two vents that they hadn't noticed at the first two visits.
