Loading guy was best. He load us very fast and he was very respectable to truck drivers. They usually load you at front of the gate. So please avoid entering your Semi into yard or as for directions from office. And am gonna add some pics as well. But please let truck drivers use washroom whether they are picking up or delivering.

We decided to have Oakwood install a snap lock metal roof and had the best crew. Not only were they patient with all our questions they were incredibly talented. We learned alot about these types of roofs and would recommend people use this company as they bend under each edge of the sheets leaving a finished edge. I was driving on hwy 6 this morning around 10:40 and I saw this truck playing leap frog passing vehicles. Driving reckless and careless going 130-140 on the hwy. I called the company and they said that they would look into it but by the looks of things. the company said nothing because he was long gone. And it shows that they don’t care about other people’s safety

They’re disrespectful to the neighbours of the houses they’re working on. They’re wheeling supplies through our yard, woke us up by shouting outside before 8am, and on their break, blasted their radio with the car doors open - so loud I could hear the song from inside my house.

Oakwood Roofing has caused me a lot of unnecessary grief, significant added expense in needing to hire another contractor to repair Oakwoods poor work, damages to the interior of my home and trouble since the first day I hired them to install new shingles on my home. DO NOT HIRE

They did a great job on the roof & the quote included the underlayment & metal drip edge which other quotes we received priced separately. We also liked the shingle product they used being CertainTeed. It was good quality & good value. The Gutter guards were also installed at the same time so time will tell how well this product will help but the installation part went smoothly. The only one concern was a couple of the roofers that were there the first day were asking to come in to use the bathroom facilities which we were not sure what typically happens with that issue. With the Covid pandemic

Oakwood was quick to respond with a detailed and competitive quote for our shingle replacement. The estimator answered all of our questions regarding the process and the products,as well as the warranties. The work crew carried out the job in a prompt and professional manner and did excellent work on the roof,as well as with the subsequent clean up. The office team also provided timely and professional service. My overall experience with Oakwood Roofing was very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
