Very poor customer service. The receptionist (melissa) did not care to hear details about my order and was extremely rude. Futhermore, She was impatient and not helpful. This company clearly does not need or want business, they even hung up the phone despite my best efforts to explain my construction supply needs. We will not be going to them for any of our construction needs, its not worth the hassel. I've heard this from people around town but I always give companies a chance.
I am a journeyman metal fabricator and do alot of building. The industry is small, and I will not support a business

Use these guys on a regular basis they make a Quality Fence product we get it when we need it they even offer delivery there are very reasonable place and they're always willing to work with the customers I like that it's hard to find

How about you end up with someone that doesn't want to listen to your concern and just cold hung up to you. if you want to meet with people that care so little about doing good business and offering less than average service post sales, call them. I was so frustrated I almost called back to tell the woman with the bad behavior to start learning so manner.
