Adam was great to deal with this morning. He was on time, professional and friendly. He wasn't able to completely fix the problem because my septic tank needs to be emptied but he pointed me in the direction I needed solve the problem. He marked where my septic tank would be. He also answered all my questions about hooking into the town sewer system. He was confident and knowledgeable.

Great service and professionalism. Same day service, I was kept up to date via text on the timeframe of the technicians arrival. Jake arrived and provided me a tutorial on my radiant floor heating system. Jake diagnosed the problem and was quick to resolve the situation. He went above and beyond by taking the time to explain not only how the system works but informed me on regular maintenance and upkeep. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Guardian sent out Troy to address our septic leach field bed. The initial camera inspection confirmed the system was in dire need or repair. Troy was fantastic and though we were days from the holidays , he kept us informed as to when the locates would be complete, and as to when he could assemble his team to come out and excavate our property , and complete the work, so that we could avoid serious back-up issues. Great company to deal with all around. Thank you!

Talk about fantastic service!! We wakened on a Tuesday morning to a seniors worst nightmare - a backed up sewer and partially flooded basement carpet. Our son called several companies and none could come till the next day - except Guardian Plumbing who arrived half hour later with Tyler and Cal ready to find and fix our problem. They were efficient, careful and friendly workers who kept us informed about the whole situation which they remedied quickly.

We had a blockage and build-up in our basement toilet and shower and could not get the water to recede. We tried a few things independently and then decided to call a plumber for help. Initially, we tried a couple of plumbers recommended to us by neighbours; one didn’t answer our call, and the other said they wouldn’t be able to come to fix the issue for 15 days. They recommended we call Guardian. So we did. Our call was answered immediately by the owner. He asked a few questions and said he would send someone to our home ASAP. Then within the hour, the plumber Tyler arrived. Tyler was excellent

Being without water resulting in massive plumbing work, at this time of year is never pleasant. Given the size of the job, Brad and his team made it as easy on us as possible, even when the unexpected happened. Job took a couple days, but we were up and running again by the weekend and before snowfall. Very appropriate rates for the work done. Highly recommend.

We called Guardian for a second opinion after being told by another company that there was nothing wrong with our AC despite the house being at 81 degrees and rising with the unit seemingly on and running (it was also making a loud buzzing sound). Jake and Jack were fantastic! They arrived within half an hour from us calling requesting service - we were very impressed by how quick they were! Within 15 minutes of arriving they had diagnosed the problem and within 30 they had fully replaced the defective part (the capacitor) and were on their way. They were both incredibly professional, friendly
