I have asked Penny, co-owner of Rockwood Homes, to correct her Aeroplan email account and she doesn't respond. I don't understand why she won't correct an honest mistake.
I disagree with comments made by whoever responded to this post. The Rockwood website shows Penny Fargerheim as a co-owner of rockwood homes, even saying you are in good hands with Rockwood as Penny and Grant are responsible owners. Penny may not work at Rockwood, she may not even own a part of Rockwood now, but at some time she must have, as Rockwood uses her name in a testimonial. All I want to have happen is for a responsible
