We can work with you during this process and can help in many ways along with our favourite real estate brokers that can aid in finding unlisted properties and a perfect lot of your ideal home. We work very closely with our favourite architects who would love to assist you. They offer a pre-feasibility survey on the land which has come in useful many a times!

We hired Cook Custom Homes to do a complete renovation on our home after being referred by a friend to them. It was a complicated process for us as we've never experienced a home makeover project before and didn't really know what we wanted. We gave them a budget, explained what we needed and supplied them with pictures of our style as advised. Thank god for Pinterest! Their team went to work, made it very easy for us to understand the process and were responsive and patient throughout. Thank you for the great work that was also completed on time.

We hired Cook Custom Homes to development our 2,000 sqft basement after purchasing an estate home. The team was extremely responsive and great to work with. We collaborated on all aspects of the job and we were always notified of any scheduling changes in advance. The finished product was a high-end renovation we could be proud of. Cook Custom Homes constructed an outdoor kitchen to tie into our existing covered deck. From the beginning of the planning stage, during construction and to the final completion, everything was seamless. Brian Cook was always available with any questions or concerns we had. The trades were always professional and did a fantastic job. This addition to our home looks as though it was constructed with our home and not added 3 years later. The roof was tied into the existing covered deck without issue, the stone and stucco match perfectly and the cedar ceiling looks amazing! The landscaping and flooring
