Corian is the preferred choice for this industry as it in non porous and will not harbour mold or bacteria. It is virtually the only product that is NSF approved for food safety that can be repaired or renewed if damage occured. Ryan is an incredible craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing and we could not be happier with our custom shower pan, surround, and storage cabinet.
