We do NOT recommend Rock with us. Installer Rob, visited our home on March 25 past. He identified the two installation mistakes as outstanding; on bathroom 1 of 3!! However, he said they were fixable “no problem”! He said our issues would be discussed at their morning meeting the next day and then they would get back to us. After waiting at least a week for a response; we reached out to them on multiple occasions to no avail. Unbelievably horrible customer service. We have left messages for Diana, Margaret and owner SCOTT. Still waiting to hear back.

We recently had a bathroom vanity and laundry room countertop installed by Rock With Us. The granite countertop and quartz vanity look great, however we had some issues with the installation process. We had agreed to, and signed off on a single hole being drilled for the laundry room faucet, however the installers chose to cut three. We purchased a cover to adapt the faucet, so its not the end of the world, but we have to remove a few stars for 1 - the completely preventable issue, and 2 - their attempt to shift the blame onto us for leaving the faucet in plan view (despite them also installing

Rock with us provided us with the greatest customer service right from the time we stepped into their show room. Shirley was very friendly and up front with us about our choices and selections. She was very accommodating and gave us up front and honest answers to all our questions. The installation crew were also very quick when installing our quartz kitchen island and did a professional job that looks amazing. We have what looks like a brand new kitchen thanks to "Rock With Us"! I would definitely recommend Rock With Us to anyone looking for granite, quartz or marble for their home. You guys

Just wanted to take a quick minute to thank you all for the GORGEOUS kitchen countertops we had installed this week!! Everything came out perfect!! Hubby is impressed with the seam work and I'm thrilled with your installers. They were professional, friendly and VERY clean while installing. Taught us exactly how to take care of our countertops as well, which was super helpful and appreciated.

LOVE my kitchen countertops! From start to finish, I had nothing but a good experience with Rock With Us. We choose Rock With Us over our usual countertop supplier because they had a beautiful piece of natural stone in stock that would fit our project. The sales woman at the time was a pleasure to deal with, I have learned she has since left the company.
There was serious flaws in regard to the fabrication of the stone. The templater neglected to tell the factory that we had a farmhouse sink, despite the fact that it was IN PLACE when he measured.
There was not a straight edge to be found in that finished cut, leaving gaps at the walls and tall cabinet gables, and you can feel the waviness and irregularities

We feel lucky to have found Rock With Us and in particular Lisa who made our dream kitchen a reality.
