We are now 5th generation of born and raised Caledonia residents that take pride in servicing the Haldimand & Norfolk regions. Our staff of employees is highly trained, courteous and efficient. Over the last 10 or more years Dan had installed my kitchen counters, backsplash and both washroom counters along with marble on my walls. He did the plumbing as well. He did a really great job. I am very impressed with his work. I have had no problems or issues the work has done !! In fact I was looking him up to get him back here to work on some more projects. :0)

Worked with Dan Cox on getting a quote. All I asked was that we stay within my budget which was reasonable similar to what other companies were offering. His response was... "we don't do favors for strangers". I just think it could have been handled a little bit more professionally.

We decided to support a local business even though Dan's price was a little higher than other quotes. Are we ever glad we did! Dan had some great suggestions and showed up to template and install right as scheduled. He and his team were courteous, friendly and respectful. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend Dan to anyone.

Very rude would not waste your time calling this guy called for pricing on 15 vanitys that i wanted top made for he informed me i did not have enough money to do the job did not tell me how much it would be and said he was booked for 4 months so got my husband to call and ask about a counter top he was told 3 weeks turn around lmao could have just said he did not want to do the job insted gave me the run around got Granite Plus to do the job they were great 350 a top and done in a timley manner

Even though Dan couldn't remember our names when we went to pick our countertop we thought he was courteous and helpful. When they did the install we thought the same however when our dishwasher drain started spewing water he again didn't know who we were and denied touching the drain even though you can clearly see in the picture that the clamp was removed and retightened in the wrong spot destroying the coupling. He blamed it on our son's installation even though it hadn't leaked in the 2 years since being put in. Dan told me" This is a petty issue not worth losing any sleep over" then blocked

Absolutely wonderful! Dan is the man. I had the privilege of working with Dan, and right from our first phone conversation it has been a pleasure. He's thorough, honest, precise, dots every "i" and crosses every "t", and trust me it's all for good reason, because this man ensures not only a fabulous product, a superb job and timely manner, but absolute satisfaction no matter what the situation. We call that Intrigity. Now our Quartz Countertops look incredible, the install was fabulous and the results are above expectations and worth every penny!! Get Dan! He's the man!!
