Nate & his team did an amazing job with a new furnace in December 2021 and today an EV charging station for our garage. Zero surprises! Ferguson's estimate came in slightly higher than the competition but we liked the time they took to do a thorough evaluation before providing a quote. When contacted to answer further questions a reply was received within a day and the business owner came back to provide further clarification. They arrived on schedule. Our gas plumbing install was done the more labour intensive traditional black pipe method. Much effort was taken to minimize plumbing intrusivness. Even the utility inspector commented on the high quality workmanship. The stove installation was done quickly with no mess left behind

We have nothing but good things to say about the Ferguson Plumbing Family. They have gone above and beyond regular service. They are pleasant to deal with and we were happy to renovate beside them as they are respectful and very knowledgeable, from the office to the technicians. Each employee treated our job as though he/she owned the company. Nathan the owner listened to our needs and made suggestions that are invaluable for what were trying to achieve in the hotel we were constructing. Ferguson Plumbing and Heating!!! I first used Ferguson when my cottage water heater went out years ago. They answered the phone and were out soon after with a new water heater. I have since used them to re-plumb my entire cottage, and just last year, I replaced the original water heater they installed with an instant hot and filtration system. I would highly recommend this system. Also, they open up and close my cottage every year, giving me peace of mind that the job is done right. Fast, Friendly, and Professional!

I had no heat during the polar vortex and Ferguson's had a serviceman at my house quickly. He assessed the situation and determined the most effective and efficient solution to my problems. The workers that fixed the issue were approachable, polite and stayed to finish the job - they didn't leave until after 7 pm to ensure that the job was done and I had heat. The communication and the quote was prompt and talking to the owner to discuss possible options was understandable and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. 100% happy with the work.
