Jeff was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the particular heat pump and the thermostat. He listened carefully to my description of the problem with our new heat pump system and quickly diagnosed it as a miss-setup of the control thermostat. The setup was reset and the balanced point set. He then conducted an actual test of the system switchover which seemed to work. The system was returned to Auto mode and it operated as design. All the while; Jeff answered my questions about balance points, heat pump efficiency range and most importantly the applicable settings for BC's climate. Definutely

Scott, Jimmy and the team were great during the install. Clean, on time, professional and courteous. Scott took extra time to answer any questions I had which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Moore to anyone. Shai was the home comfort advisor and he did a great job in explaining the various options available to me. Shai was very knowledgeable and a big factor in us choosing Moore for our heating and AC requirements.

The service guy was great. Easy to talk to and very informative. He was helpful and appeared to do good work. I would give him 5 stars but the company loses a star as they kept bumping my appointments and the last time they didn’t even call me to let me know so I waited half the day, called them and found out I had been bumped.

Jeff Paxton from M&R came out to do a diagnostic on my heating system which wasn't working properly. I've been an M&R customer for years and have always been satisfied with their service, but since the installation of a heat pump system things went a little awry. Jeff discovered a number of problems and was able to figure out some miss wiring that was done on my furnace. He also configured my thermostat for me. I didn't know it needed to be connected to wifi, as that is not the thermostat that I had requested. And I was not advised properly at the time it was installed. Jeff has been stellar in

While I’ve never worked with Moore and Russell directly.. I have had the pleasure of having one of their installers Zak put in a new furnace for us. And he is great! Very efficient, polite and funny (and quite knowledgeable about his trade). Make sure to ask for Zak if your are going with Moore and Russell- he’s the best :)

Jordan in sales was great at acting so fast to our emergency. Technicians were sent out the very next day to replace our furnace which helped the elderly couple who lives above us. That was our prime concern and it was accomplished. Jordan (technician) and his helper, (forgive me I forgot his name) were both a huge help and did a fast, safe, and quality install. It has never been warmer in this home. It is going to be a great Christmas, thank you all for your team effort in solving out heating problem.

We had our first scheduled maintenance visit today and the technician, Lindsay, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. I appreciated the clarity of her explanations and also her resourcefulness in dealing with the quirks of our aging furnace. Once the service was complete, she provided a detailed verbal and written report on the… results of her inspection and maintenance. In addition to completing the furnace maintenance, she took the time to examine our recently installed Air-Con unit to ensure it’s running properly. Finally, she coaxed our reluctant gas fireplace

Moore and Russell, under the management of Brian McCarthy (Operations Manager) installed a HVAC system for the preschool in 2019 and now refuse to correct their poor workmanship which is a fire hazard to our building and refuse to honour the 10 year warranty agreement. We also learned through a City Inspector that they did not pull the proper permits for this job and it was done illegally.
We paid $23,000 for this system and as a non-profit organization, this was a substantial purchase, the 10 year warranty was an incentive for us to chose them. A City Inspector reported to the preschool that

M&R Reached out and are now in the process of resolving the installation. Im glad this is finally getting fixed. Better late than never.
