Sorry to all the individuals that were Not happy, but we are a repair business and not all machines can be fixed, its the nature of the business, IF you leave your machine here for months and we call you over and over again * we keep records of everything, we cant store machines , we have limited of space, if you go get your car fixed and its ready you pick it up right away same should your personal tools & machines.
We have many amazing customers that come in on the regular basics that love our service! . We are a authorized service Centre for many company

Worst service ever....so do your homework and find an honest and cheaper place...if you want to get robbed with the worst customer service go there, if not; plenty of places are there , I am not going to explain my painful experience and how they refused to refund my deposit; despite saying in the beginning it will be refunded once I provide proof of purchase which I did not have when I dropped my lawn mower, I have more to tell but not different than the other reviews. B.S I had to go there because of the warranty of Yard Work mower which is a scam itself

I can't understand why this place only has a 2.5 overall rating. I arrived with my lawn mover and the representative helped me take it out of my van. Next he diagnosed the problem (bent blade, clogged air filter) and recommended what needed to be done and the cost. I inquired about an oil change and he said no problem. He took the lawn mower to the back and said he'd come get me when the job was done. I was in and out with 20 min. Lawn mower is good as new. These guys provided great customer service and at a reasonable cost. I won't hesitate to take any small engine issue to Kingspoint in the future

This place steals your money and your products
! I took my “Pressure Washer” to get repaired and then they charged $75 before they even fixed it! And then they asked for an additional $150 to return my “Pressure Washer”, It was my “Pressure Washer”. That I had bought with my own money. Plus they didn’t even repair it! I don’t recommend this place at all. They rob you! And they stole my Simoniz “Pressure Washer”. Oh, also Simoniz shouldn’t send customers to this Place! I basically lost $225! I can’t believe that repair services scam you and rob you like that. I will never

Believe or Not but this guys are over charging. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. Specially the owner Matt and the other guy working at both are rude, dis-honest. I took the saw there and paid $70 as deposit. In their receipt it's clearly return that the repair charge exceed from $70 they will call me before they start to repair. No one call after 3 weeks when I inquire about they said they already repaired it and i have to pay $120 in top of it.

Completely incompetent.
Was sent here by Ridgid customer service to get an impact driver repaired. They "repaired the product"... I got it back in worse condition then when I delivered it. Was advised it would take 2 weeks to repair. I called multiple times for updates, ended up taking 6 weeks simply because their "customer service" staff didn't take care of the warranty claim in a timely manner.
See pictures, when they gave me the driver back, the casing was not properly re-assembled, the LED lights on the front did not work, and the excessive
