Magenta Lawn & Property Care

As a family, been a tenant since the changeover and they are the pits. They care only about getting their rent & have no duty of care ethic. I've got a disabled mother who's anxious & vulnerable particularly since part of the fence between our house & neighbours went down in the recent storm. They try & fob you off saying they're not liable. Nice, disrespectful way of treating a disabled OAP. Late in repair responses & just generally inept.

Income rent team... Spot on was understanding of my situation since i recently lost my job and was more than helpful to set up a plan and allow me to get back on track with my finances. Thanks again..

After suffering 7 years of harrasment from our neighbour we gathered evidence photos and video footage all of it was dismissed by magenta for the entire 7 years, we decided to move she followed us and continued the harrasment, threats of serious violence, we finally got her into court twice the first conviction was dismissed as not serious by magenta and the second is currently being ignored by them, magenta said they had a plan in place to deal with the tenant, 2 months later I havnt even had a phone call the

They are forcing me into getting my house Oakdale avenue rewired whilst there will be 4 people trying to live in it and they want every room cleared. Cleared too where????? .
it will be a nightmare I suffer from anxiety depression and my head feels like it about to explode with the stress

Only care about money. Get money in and then stuff people. Build "affordable homes" behind existing tenants, who's gardens are waterlogged (yes, the new homes are built over a water course); a year of extreme noise, a year of extreme disruption, but stuff you.

I have lived in a magenta house for many years .I have had a new roof .new kitchen new bathroom never had any problems .first call at office the work is sorted straight away .nice polite friendly staff .rents officers are great any problems its sorted out again straight away .👍😁👏

Terrible landlords. I was given 1 weeks notice to move myself and my 2 young children into our house a week before Christmas. The condition of the entire house and gardens were bordering on derelict. Magentas Tenancy Enforcement officers are rigid, inflexible, autonomous bigots, from management down. Keep records of everything, take photographs of the state of their houses, and if you’re unlucky enough to have the enforcement team on your back, record every word said. They facilitate bullying of vulnerable children and adults, by taking seriously complaints from neighbours such as a teenage nephew

Myself and the other residents in the block of flats have been charged twice for gutter repairs when they've not been carried out. Which are in an awful state.
There's been on occasion in 6 years when the blokes came round to clean the gutters.
I left my flat front door keys in the lock on the outside, an independent contractor spotted them and thought he was doing the right thing by handing them into the Magenta hub with my flat address.
