So this devolved - if it could even get worse it did. In response to my review, they sent threats from a facebook account with a cover photo of a thuggish biker looking person with guns - going to slash my tires is what they threatened. Various members of the family used call block to call me over 800 times in a row. Except I work for a tech company and was able to show the police the unblocked numbers. And the facebook threat. These are dangerous people. There is no upside.

WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES!! STAY AWAY!! We used them in 2011 and the service provided was ok. In 2012, they incessantly called but we no longer wanted the service as we were considering re-landscaping the yard. In 2013 the calls started to come again and once again we went out of our way to let them know not to come as we did not want the service. We called back many times to ensure they did not come again. However, they decided to come anyway without consent and without permission. They billed us for the "services rendered" and then proceeded to take us to collections because we didn

Further to my Wife's review above, I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They came once (as mentioned) and upon complaining that the treatment was completely ineffective, apparently sent someone out again. Despite no sign of this second visit (and the company insisting that they MUST have been and MUST have left an invoice) there was also no sign of any activity or spraying effect.
Also: When I mentioned that no-one had accessed our rear garden either time (townhouse, middle of the block) because the garage keypad showed no entry, I was told "Well, we do have step ladders

Had to add this business because the service was so terrible I couldn't *not* review it.
Our weeds are taking over, and my husband and I battle them every summer. This year we decided to give in and pay someone else to help, since we both work full time. Initially they were very nice- said for $130 they would remove the weeds for the "whole season." Wow! What a deal! I paid, was told the following:
They would contact me within 5-7 days to let me know they were on their way.
They guaranteed weeds would die, and would come back if they didn't.

They did an ok job on my lawn WHEN I OWNED THE HOUSE. They made it a point of continuing the next year to charge me for services on a house that I DO NOT own any longer. Completely dishonest negative option billing. I did not renew when they called me NUMEROUS times in the winter to renew-- and I told them when they called in the winter that I sold the house. I called to repeat that I do not own the house and they graciously said fine we'll cancel but then threatened to simply send me to collections if I did not pay for the service on a house I no longer own. Go elsewhere and be aware.

We had weed issue in our lawn, so we called them for treatment. They said "We guarantee that the weed will be gone", but now the season is about to end the weed is actually ZERO improvement. I will say it has actually gone worse, because earlier I used to work on it myself, so they used to stay in control. But this time, they said they did treatment, but its hard to believe/ its a true LIE.
I will never ever work with this company ever again.
I tried complaining, but the management (Family Business), is rude and not ready to listen. I wish I had read the reviews online before hand
