Daniel did a great job of explaining everything first, performing the job professionally and cleanly, then tested the system afterward. We got several quotes to clean the air ducts of the house we recently moved to. We chose the Duct Dudes because they were very responsive over the phone, super nice and provided detailed and prompt information. Their quote was also very competitive

I was recommended by another professional HVAC maintenance guy to DuctDudes as he wasnt able to complete our duct cleaning request due to some reasons. Contacted Jason and received a quote on the same day. He was very responsive and patience in explaining what and how the job would be done. Arsha, the maintenance guy who completed the job on the scheduled day was also very professional. He was on time and thorough with his job. Once done, he showed us the before and after pictures. We would highly recommend their company. Will definitely use their service again in the future.

Jason and Team provided exceptional service in cleaning our dryer ducts and vents. A second floor dryer with the duct on the roof made this a difficult job with a few obstacles. Jason is an outstanding ! He’s well organized, professional and did my furnace cleaning on schedule as promised. On the second day after cleaning, I occasionally heard noise from the Furnace. I called Jason. The next day he sent a technician to check in. He was very patient and listened to our needs. Highly recommend this company! Because they make you only satisfied, not disappointed The tech crew with Jason also were very helpful and wonderful!!

Jason is the dude to use. Ductdudes did a super professional job cleaning our ducts. He explained the process and proceeded to do a thorough job on our ducts and vents. This is a far better job that previous companies we've used in the past and I would use Ductdudes again in an instant.Cost for the whole house was just under $400 which was as much as I paid for far less quality work in the past.

I had a set appointment with Jason, confirmed by email and phone and when the time for the appointment came he simply didn't show up. I phone about 10 times, texted at least 4 times - no response at all.
I have a baby and made a point to find a baby sitter and travel over an hour to get to the rental house to meet him for the appointment. What a waste of my time and to not even return my calls/texts is beyond rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY and don't waste your time like me.

I explained to Duct Dudes that I did not want to turn on my furnace due to a rodent infestation the previous year until I had the ducts cleaned. After rearranging my schedule to fit Jason's availability and informing my tenant, Jason called the morning of the day he was supposed to come to say he wasn't well and he would call me in a couple of hours to reschedule. I waited. And waited. I called him and he said he would call back. I waited. Finally I called again and he said he would come in TWO WEEKS! I was a bit taken aback and he shouted at me that he did not understand where this misunderstanding

In a nutshell: The dryer tube fell away from the ceiling vent. I have a 15 month old and did not have the time to fix it. The guy came, was really nice, attached the vent to the ceiling and only charged me half the cost of a house call. Later that night the pipe fell off again. I called, left a message and sent a text (as instructed in the message) to have someone swing back by to reattach. . . .never heard back. Bad business.
