The owners are a husband and wife team, whose family began in the dry cleaning business in the Vancouver area. To ensure quality and customer satisfaction, our managers personally oversee all of the day to day operations in their full service facility, where all of the cleaning process takes place.
We wash our shirts using special soap at cool temperatures to minimize shrinkage. Every shirt is inspected for broken buttons, and to ensure proper pressing of the collar, armholes, cuffs and placket. Special shirt hangers have been selected to keep the proper shape of the collar and shoulders. Plastic studs are used in all French cuffs.

This shady cleaners ruined a very expensive blouse and returned it to me without notification.The delicate pattetern on the back was completely lifted off because they used way too high heat. Valator took no responsibility for their mistake and told me they aren’t responsible. They even told me it was the blouses fault!!!! Even if they don’t have the money to to pay me for it, they should have notified me or called to follow up. This is a very low end dry cleaner and one should take their clothes to FLETCHER’S DRYCLEANERS.

Absolutely disgusting service. I took two dresses and a silk jacket, all came back with stains and the jacket was completely ruined. No apology from the staff so I came back to speak to the manager who literally shouted at me saying I was lying, they didn't do it and I'd taken it to another dry cleaners who ruined it - even though it was in the original bag and i had pictures took in the dry cleaners to prove it was them. He told me 'we don't need your kind of people in here' and 'get out'. I couldn't believe how he could speak to a customer like that. I'm left with a ruined jacket and two dresses
