They asked me 24,500 $ (YES! 24500 CAD) for move out cleaning for two bedroom apartment of 820 sq ft. My rent is 1200 CAD per month and I could just leave my apartment very very dirty instead of cleaning from them because my landlord would clean it from my security of 600 cad. But No, vanclean demands the amount of cleaning that you can actually do a donw payment for a new condo.

A while back I made the move to the US. Since I was making such a big move, I wanted to be sure my apartment was left spotless. They did an excellent job! Because of them, I was able to just focus on the move with no worries about cleaning and I was able to leave on time with no delay! Highly recommend!

Fabulous! I was so happy with the service. I had a big party coming up in our home and need it the place to be clean and organized. The staff was super nice, they did excellent job with cleaning and even did some extra little organizing in the kitchen. When my husband came home he was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely used them in future.
