We couldn’t be happier! Bob and Susan were fantastic at working with me to choose the right AC unit for my home. It was a smooth booking process and install. Bob was courteous putting down floor protectors, wearing boot covers, and followed covid19 safety protocols. I was very comfortable with him in my home and can’t recommend these folks high enough!

I've had great, reliable service for about 20 years from Preferred Air. I bought my gas furnace from them when I converted from oil, and more recently my central air conditioning. Their maintenance service has been prompt, reliable and reasonable. And they wear those booties that protect your floors. Definitely pleasant to deal with.
