Late yesterday afternoon (Halloween) I noticed water leaking through the ceiling in my finished basement. I recently had the ducts cleaned by Brooks and it looked like the leak might be coming from a ceiling duct. I shut off the main water supply and then called Brooks' emergency number. It was immediately answered. I explained the problem and was told someone would call. About 10 minutes later service tech "Mike" called me. Said he would come by to assess the problem. A half hour later Mike arrived. He found the problem, a leaking shut-off valve that was dry-walled over so it wasn't visible or

Very happy with the new hot water tank that was installed by Brooks Heating and Air. Prompt service and the technicians that came to install it were very professional. He even checked my furnace filter ( they installed the furnace in 2017)to make sure it was still good, and advised me that I needed to get carbon monoxide detectors. If you're reading this review, let me stop you now and tell you to just call them. For me they went over and beyond the call of duty.
After replacing my 30 year old furnace my AC started working very poorly and they had no problem coming to my house to fix the issue.
But what I found very satisfying was the two tech's I talked to made me feel that my satisfaction was important to them.
So very happy I found them.

We had Brooks Heating & Air in to install a ductless heating and AC system for a room that was not on our forced air system.
Their pricing was competitive and we are beyond pleased with their installation, both the efficiency and the professionalism of the install team. They finished off the exterior infrastructure so that it blends in well with the exterior of our home and did a great clean-up after.
The system itself is very quiet, both outside and within the room.

Amazing service! We called Brooks Heating and Air because our furnace wasn't working properly. The receptionist who answered the phone (nice to talk to a real person!) was very friendly and helpful. Chris came out right away and explained what our options were and answered all our questions. He was able to fix the issue and saved us having to replace the furnace. We will definitely be coming to Brooks in the future for anything we need. Its a great, local, family run business.

Brooks was amazing from the moment they answered my call. Administration service was so helpful, sales was very honest and instillation was prompt, tidy, polite, and all round an amazing installation even taking out the old clunker of a furnace I had. I would and have recommended them to other people even when I called about an issue they can right away that evening and no extra charge this is a five star top shelf organization. Can’t thank Brooks enough for taking care of us yesterday with a new hot water tank. I’m recently home from surgery and hot water is essential. They came within the half hour of my call to check the situation and shut off the gas. They were back mid afternoon to install the new one. We’ve been customers since the beginning of the company and have always been impressed with the service. Just had Andrew here to service our furnace this morning. They came out to an emergency 5 am call to replace the exhaust blower (a part worth ~$200), completed the job in about 30 minutes and charged about $1100. He also offered to replace the whole furnace for $4000. In the end, the furnace is working, but the blower is very loud, certainly, compared to the original blower. He said that he wasn't sure which blower he had back at the shop, so I wonder if the new one is more powerful (for a larger furnace). Furnace rattles whenever the blower turns on. Will get quotes next time, but elsewhere.
