We have been using Duct Blasters for years... but...never had to reach out to them to correct a mistake they made. Boy, are we ever disappointed!
Duct Blasters had cleaned our central vac but failed to install the filter correctly. The second time we used our central vac the filter came off.
It has been more than 4 calls, over a month (2) and our central vac has sat idle. This weekend we gave up and are paying a local vacuum sales and service company $70 to do what Duct Blasters should have done for free. (We did try to put the filter on ourselves unsuccessfully.)
Don't count on Duct Blasters

Updated review: They installed a central AC in my house 2 years ago. My overall experience at that time was good but when I noticed that AC is not cooling and called them they couldn't give any satisfactory reply. This year I called them for AC service and they fixed an appointment. I had been waiting for them to come but no one came and they didn't even bother to call or inform me. Since then I called several times and left voice messages but they didn't bother to reply so now I am very disappointed and frustrated with their pathetic customer service and want to warn everyone that be careful once

Excellent service from Neil & Paul. They were polite and courteous as well as came with masks.
Checked our furnace, cleaned our ducts as well as the dryer vent.
I’ve had this service a few times with another company but the vents weren’t properly cleaned as these guys made some new holes and blew out more dust than I’ve ever seen before.
They replaced out thermocoupler as well as taught me about a button you push switching the airflow to work in the summer without heat. Wish I’d know about that before.
Would recommend this company for sure!

Thanks a million for a very quick response at -40 temperature, my furnace stopped working and the company came, diagnosed the problem, changed the motor , capacitor, and brought it back to full functionality just under two hours. I got a call from Joey from Ductblasters. He offered me a very reasonable price and even offered to get the technician to check my hot water tank for free. Rob came here and did an excellent job and even took the time to show me things about my humidifier I didn’t know. The sanitation they used made my house smell amazing. Worst customer service I've had the pleasure of enduring. Service tech is a no-show, call the dispatch/office repeatedly. Oh we'll call you back. Nothing. Oh we'll get the tech to call you. Call repeatedly, nothing. If they had been honest and said tech was running late, would understand.
Tech finally shows up, 2hrs late. No sorry. Then says his phone was broke and that's why he was late. Then I see him texting his boss. Ask him, says it's a "new" phone he just got. Clearly is a old looking phone.
