We have dealt with Evershine Fireplaces for all of our heating needs for many years .The staff is knowledgeable , friendly and very accommodating. Shawn was great to work with and catered to all my requests for our fireplace requirements. He was patient and attentive and looked out for our needs. It was refreshing to encounter this type of service relative to other contractors who just look to get the job done and move on to the next. Nick and his associate did the installation and it was flawless. They were done within a couple hours and took the time to answer any remaining questions I had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE CROOKS, I purchased two fireplaces in march/april, it is now November and they refuse to install it, I have been trying for months. They also took 6 months to refund me for a fireplace. When I purchased the fireplace they agreed to install it, which obviously is the responsibility of the fireplace company. After I payed they ignored my calls and said I need to get my own gas fitter to install and take on the permit when initially they said they will be doing all of that. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company in my
