The owner, David and one of the service staff named Jim were extremely helpful today. They didn't have the plunger part I needed to fix the main bathroom toilet. I think the owner could see my desperation. Company coming etc and no toilet operation was not good. David found a part that he thought might be able to work. He took the time to show me what I needed to do and assured me that if it didn't work that I could bring it back for a refund. It worked like a charm. Customer service that I haven't experienced in quite some time. How refreshing!!

What I love about this place is that everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was having my bathroom renovated and I found that making decisions on my own was difficult, so when I called Dan to tell him I was having a change of heart with something I purchased, he was amazing and managed to change the order for me without any issues. Then there was a problem with one of the suppliers getting my bathroom taps in time so Gary made a call to the company and was able to get a friend of his to drop them off to the store earlier than the regularly scheduled delivery. These guys are wizards!...I had a faucet insert that leaked, if you look at the picture there is a small chip, that not even an Orthodontist could fix!...anyway, no manufacturer markings, and would have required me to rip out the whole bathtub to replace. I believe it was "Jim" at the store that found me a replacement, it was like winning the lotto. I highly recommend these guys, not because I lucked out - because of the high reviews and word of mouth referrals. And not just replacement parts, check them out for any of your jobs/plumbing challenges.

This supplier is amazing, always answer the phone right away, always have super courteous staff. And for some reason always has the weird thing that I need that no other store has in stock, this place is my first call because of all of these reasons I highly recommend the store and the employees If you are a contractor or just a homeowner looking for bathtubs, showers, toilets, faucets or just parts. My experience was a small one, but fantastic! I needed a replacement shower head for my Riobel shower. When I called, the gentleman was friendly and encouraged me to come to the store. I was greeted warmly by at least two staff and was approached immediately with a super-friendly and helpful lady. She was so professional and knowledgeable - she answered all my questions, spent lots of time with me and showed me several samples. All for a $99.00 purchase! I chose a beautiful shower head and replaced it within seconds. I absolutely love it. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience at Plumbing

I highly recommend this store. I went in there with an old faucet cartridge I couldn't find anywhere for an old clawfoot tub. Kevin helped me out a lot and put together a faucet system for me that I would have never figured out myself or online.
He also showed me how I could cut the old fixed-in water pipers and attach hoses to the faucet, which got me out of having to hire a plumber. It was refreshing to go into a store and deal with real professionals. For that, I thank them.

These guys are amazing. They know their stuff. They know me by name and more often than not if they see me walk in the door with a broken part, they will have the replacement ready by the time I approach the counter. So glad they've re-opened. They've saved me a bundle over the years for parts that allowed me to repair my appliances rather than replace them. Five star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had cracks appear on my Neptune tub. When speaking with the manufacturer they refused to even come look at it and stated something was dropped to break it (which did not happen). I had one crack repaired that I paid out of pocket as we thought it was something we did, but then 6 months later another cracked appeared with us being 100% nothing was “dropped” in the tub. Very unhappy with the customer service received from the manufactures and would not purchase something else again or recommend to anyone.
