This plumber was amazing! I needed a toilet replaced and they were able to do that and more. We were scheduled for the day of the big snow storm in Ontario and they were in touch to reschedule because of the ridiculous weather. The plumber and his apprentice brought the new toilet and disposed of the old one, which was truly a life saver. They also fixed a few other issues we were having in our bathroom on the fly. They arrived ahead of time and were nothing but professional, both on the phone and in person. Everything is working well and if we ever need another plumber we'll definitely hire Vaillancourt

We had a frozen water pipe on Jan.11,2022. We do not know any Plumbing Company so we decided to look at Homestars for recommendations. After an hour, E.Vaillancourt Plumbing called us and said they have plumbers available in the afternoon.
Stan and Trevor arrived around 1pm and and quickly went to work on the problem. They were very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. They were able to move the washer/dryer unit that obstructs the frozen pipe. We were very grateful as it was very heavy and difficult to work in a tight space. They both kept their cool and kept on informing us of the work

Had a great experience with a very nice plumber and really wonderful customer service including a follow up call to make sure I was happy. I loved the feature where they told me the plumbers name and showed his photo so I knew who would be showing up to my home! They weren't able to pick up my call right away, but I left a message with a return number and Patsy called me back very quickly to inquire about my problems. They arranged for one of their plumbers Dave to go out later that afternoon. Three hours later, a dead bird and nest was removed from my plumbing line and everything was right as rain (if you get Dave as your plumber feel free to ask

I contacted E. Vaillancourt Plumbing and Heating after a positive referral from my mother. I had a water softener system that I needed removed from my home. As the water softener was attached to the main water pipes, I wanted to ensure it was done correctly. Shane and Sam called prior to arrival to ensure they had the correct materials with them for the job. I called Vaillancourt Plumbing the first time on the recommendation of a neighbour and was pleased with their friendly service, availability, and quality of service to install a new kitchen faucet. When I needed three toilets to be repaired I immediately thought of them again and scheduled an appointment. Once again, the service was great from start to finish.
