First call the Doran & Sons employee wrongly identified the source of an under sink leak, and then applied coloured sealant (which did not fix the leak) which we later had to chip out and replace with clear sealant. The employee spent most of the time on site preparing an estimate for a bathroom renovation that we had requested (in advance of the visit) and a year later despite numerous requests (phone calls, text, email) the company has failed to provide any information (measurements, etc) related to the estimate. Second call was made when it became obvious the leak was not fixed; a different

My request for a breakdown of parts and labour to replace our pressure tank for our well was reasonable and common after I was a bit surprised by the final bill. I thought we could settle the bill easily that way. They absolutely refused to give me a breakdown. Go ahead and ask them if you hire them. A valid breakdown would support their claim. Only makes me wonder more, what charges were inflated. Not a transparent way to operate a business. In spite of this I would still like to give a shout out to Rupert!

Who knew at this Plumbing place also does natural gas fireplaces they were able to come in and service me my fireplace has never worked better and I can't thank you very much for your quick and efficient service always loved you guys and plumbing and now I thank you for fireplace work seasons greetings to one and all thank you so much
