Curtis Allen showed up on time and professional and diagnosed the issue and set to work right away. Curtis was efficient and friendly and worked around my cats :) . When the work was completed (new toilet, valve and pressure regulator) Curtis made sure to clean all impacted areas and provide instructions for usage and maintenance. Excellent service. We had Max show up promptly and totally solve our problems. He gave us three options, all of which exceeded our expectations. Work was done quickly, affordably and very well. Equally as great service from Craig on a job at a different location. Again, an amazing solution to a complex problem . Both technicians also noted things for us to keep an eye on to ensure we don’t have future issues. We continue to get great service every time and never even consider other options.

Technician was great. Price quoted was not. We had 4 quotes for bathtub install from different companies and Super Plumber was over $1000 more than the other 3. I also have an extensive background in construction and have installed bathtubs before, I just wanted an instal warranty.
The big difference here is that the other 3 also quoted on removing a section of our stack and redoing the plumbing for 2 sinks (I forgot to mention this to Super Plumber technician). This extra work was included with other quotes and was still $1000 less than Super Plumber.

Had some drainage problems. Called 3 other business that didn't answer or wouldn't call back. The super plumber did and I was impressed with their communication giving me updates and a 30 minute warning when the tech would come.

My hot water tank died and I knew it would have to be replaced. I decided to call the Super Plumber after hearing and seeing their ads all over, and I'm glad I did. They were helpful on the phone when I made the appointment, arrived when they said they would, and Curtis was friendly and worked hard and fast. He conducted inspections of drains, pipes, and the sewer line in my old house, suggested a few things that would bring the plumbing up to code, and offered price options that he explained clearly. He then removed our old, dead hot water tank and installed the new one, leaving the area tidy

Super plumber have been nothing but good to my mother. From the receptionist to the techs. They’re our go to for all our needs. We had a problem with some work they did. I called and complained on behalf of my mother and the receptionist was very kind. They sent a technician, he was very kind as they all have been. Whatever you do, do not call them in an emergency. I had a plugged sewer line of an apartment block on a Sunday . I understand an additional charge for a Sunday call (quoted at $199) and when they advertise a $93 weekday rate I anticipated paying $300 or so. For the 42 minutes the tech was on site I was charged $617! Yes, he cleared the blockage.
I was told I would receive a call on Monday to give me an estimate on how much it would be to fix a break in the line and if I choose them to do the work I would receive credit for the money I had already paid.

Here's the facts: Shysters. This company will arrive quickly, but then attempt to overcharge you through the nose. I called about a very simple leaky faucet/pressure issue which I wasn't sure how to fix myself. He wandered around my house looking for the water shut-off (it's literally under the sink), couldn't find it, loosened my outdoor hose connection (?) and then emailed us a quote for a new faucet install at $650 bucks before taxes, with a suggested "membership" plan with dubious benefits for another few hundred for a tidy sum of over $1,000. These guys are totally awesome. I had a hot water tank fail. They were timely, cleaned up very well, answered my question. The service was great from their answering service to work done. I will be using them again .... for sure. They even texted me the photo and name of the staff that would be coming - a great idea! They will be the entry under plumber in my cell phone now.
