System installed March 2021 Mechanical issues October 2021. Delay in receiving parts for repair. After bringing serious concerns to 360 Heating attention on 1/15/2022 Company contacted me immediately and we are working on a resolution. Been a builder on the island for 21 yrs and I WOULD NOT recommend this business. Heat pump installed by then April 2021, developed a leak in the coil October 2021 so instead of ordering parts immediately to fix the leak they refill the system, which leaks refrigerant into an elderly ladies home for a month before the heat pump stops working in… November 2021. It’s now Mid January 2022, the elderly woman has had no heat in the house besides a wood stove that’s affected her COPD and made her health drastically decline during the coldest months of the year with no timeline of when

Always courteous and polite, the whole crew was professional and well presented. Right down to the phone contact person who followed up with any questions and put us in contact with the right person.

Recently had a heat pump installed and it works great! Wonderful customer service, great communication. The techs that did the install were awesome! Very competent, hard working, friendly, accommodated my toddler's naps (part of the installation was in his room), and at the end of the day they spent a long time vacuuming & sweeping the floors to clean up after themselves. Very happy to have gone with Comfort 360!

Our heat pump failed because of leaking flare connections and "360" was was able to locate a replacement heat pump and install it on very short notice. The work required was completed in a very organized, tidy, timely and professional manner. The new condenser/compressor, all connections plus suspended heating/cooling units were thoroughly pressure tested to be 110% sure of no further coolant leaks. The job site was cleaned up and all debris removed as part of the job. Although heat pumps and required repairs are expensive..... I am happy to have one that works properly!

Dan was professional, did a prompt, thorough evaluation of our needs, and had an estimate emailed to us within minutes of completing his on site assessment. 360 contacted us prior to the visit, and sent a photo id of Dan so we knew who to expect. I'm very satisfied and will use Dan and 360 for our electrical upgrades and heat pump installation.

The technicians and all the staff were great to deal with. They were knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, and efficient. The installation of our heat pump posed one particular challenge but the technician, Lewis, figured out a solution. Lewis explained clearly how to use the system and patiently answered our many questions. Would not use them ever again as my system only 4 months old and now sits there not working and they were supposed to call me tue and now Friday no one called .teck came out last sat and said would order parts :-0 nothing and now another sat coming. I was to have people do some work in the building but no heat in the room due to failed system. after paying a lot of money I have a failed system with no support :-(
