I have never seen such terrible customer service!. I have been phoning twice a day for 2 weeks to order a part. No one ever calls back. I had the same experience 2 yrs ago. I have now decided I will scrap my Oreck Dualmax air purifier and
will NEVER buy another one

I don't know why some of these people have so much trouble. I bought one of the electronic air cleaners from Victoria and she was fantastic to deal with. I had a minor problem with the filter and I went in to see her and she had me a replacement filter the next day. Took in the broken one and walked out with a replacement element. The unit works great. Victoria even phoned me the other day to follow up on how the unit was working and if I needed anything. I would recommend these people to anyone based on my experience with them.

Read all reviews thoroughly and you will find a common theme. This company is not even deserving of one star. The Canadian distribution company for Oreck is nothing else short of criminal. It seems many people have ordered their product online, paid and have received nothing. Nor have they received any response. This, too, has been my experience. Oreck, if you care at all about your company image and name, you will address this issue.
I refuse to spend money on another Oreck product while this company, Westmount Direct, is the only authorized distributer for Oreck product in Canada. I will also

Can't say enough about how fantastic I have been treated here. Have had my own professional cleaning business for over 8 yrs and have had nothing but the most attentive and generous treatment from Victoria and Dan. They have promptly assisted me with repairs, loaners and new equipment. Super kind and helpful people. Highly recommend!

I ordered an expensive Oreck filter. They said 1-2 weeks. It has been a month and no delivery. (they took my $70 the day of my order) I have called twice (the mailbox is always full), left 2 messages and sent two emails. Does anyone know how I can get my money back? This is very poor customer service! Not sure how they stay in business. I am going to contact the Oreck company now.

Have been calling and leaving messages for past 3 weeks. No call answering, no call backs, no service...#listed redirects to a different company which appears just as bad. Even left mail requests. I need a part that is not on any ones site and wanted to talk to a human about it. While product does work in our retail outlet, I think I will be migrating to a different company that supplies and SERVICES their units. Hopefully the Oreck operation is shut down for a good reason, and not proving any service at all is indeed a good reason...I would give it less than a one star rating, however if left

After months of sourcing the air purifier with all the features we wanted; I ordered the DualMax online from Oreck. To date, I haven't received the product; however, my VISA was immediately charged $677.00!! The order was placed on March 24th 2016; the printed receipt clearly stated that my order was being processed and I would receive my product with the two free gifts, in 1 to 2 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and after about 10-12 messages left on the voicemail of the toll free number, plus 5 calls to the U.S (in desperation!!) my calls of inquiry have gone unanswered. I have never used the online Oreck site, but the in store service has been very good. I have purchased 2 Oreck vacuums, fromnthe Oreck Centre on Century St. 1 for home and 1 for commercial use at my business. Both are great products and I have brought them in for annual tune ups for 6 years straight now. Viktorija has always served us with a welcoming smile and we never had to wait more than 2 -3 days to pick up our vacuum cleaner after service. Highly recommend this store.
