Jim is great at explaining how his products for carpet cleaning work and is awesome not only at that but at stain removal, including 4 years of wheelchair rubber stains. My carpets were so dirty and stained that I never thought it would be possible to have no stains and a truly clean carpet, but I do since Jim cleaned them. Expect great work by Carpet Medic. Came to my home on time and did an amazing job on both flights of stairs. Jim is very knowledgeable about his work and is so efficient with his time; he even had extra time to spot treat and remove several stains in my basement carpet. Final price was lower than I thought it would be. I wish I took before and after pictures, my stairs look and feel great! I've used his service before and I will again... Best carpet cleaner in Winnipeg!!
