As new homeowners, we decided to get our carpets cleaned prior to moving in. Phil was great at communicating his arrival time, and during the initial walk through he pointed out stains I otherwise didn’t see. Phil was great! My water tank leaked and soaked the carpet outside the laundry room. Phil made room in his schedule right away and came in, disinfected and cleaned. Phil did an excellent job. He was able to remove stains on our stair’s light beige carpet and other high traffic areas. Our last carpet cleaner couldn’t get these stains out. Phil was easy to talk to beforehand and he asked for photos. He was friendly and it was easy to coordinate his service call. I’ll be recommending Winnipeg Carpet Cleaning. Thanks Phil!

Phil was very prompt responding to my request for more info on his services. Very likeable, explained the process as he cleaned. In the end my carpet wasn’t very dirty. It didn’t dry in some spots till the next day, and I was under the impression it would only be couple hours. It started as a pleasant smell but turned to a chemical smell that was hard to handle for a couple days but now it’s gone. I would definitely use this service again and Phil was awesome.

I paid extra for him to use his commercial machine and it was worth every penny because he was able to get some stains out that another carpet cleaning company could not. He did a great job, was on time, and was a pleasure to deal with. I'd hire him again for sure, and highly recommend him.

Phil and Taylor were awesome to work with. Phil is very good with communication. He replies texts and calls all the time. We used his service twice, and both experiences were stellar. He's super nice, has a warm personality, and Taylor- his assistant, is just super cool. He helped my husband take the furniture outside to dry with no complaints at all.
