Recently had our roof replaced using Lakeshore Roofing. Our experience was an excellent one right from the start. Great first meeting with Nick who took us through the process explaining all the steps and products. When the company came to install the roof, on time, they worked efficiently and professionally. They prepared the area to keep it clean and took away ALL the debris, using a metal detector to pick up the nails. From start to finish we would highly recommend this company!! Thank you

AAA service and experience from beginning to the end. Started with their receptionist who was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand. She put my in contact with Nick who showed up on time and provided price competitive quotation. 2 days after signing the contract, we had a roof leak and Terry reprioritized us to get the roof done immediately rather than waiting another 4-6 weeks. Big crew showed up and everything got done at record pace and the cleanup was fine.

They did our roof August of 2021. I am very happy with their work. Especially impressed by the help they provided during the job when there was an unexpected issue that arose. They could have easily told us to find a contractor to resolve the issue before they would continue work, but the Lakeshore Roofing team helped and assisted us in resolving the issue within an hour of being discovered. Professional, courteous, obvious pride in the work and paid attention to details. Highly recommended!

Lakeshore Roofing reroofed my bungalow 21 years ago with the top quality shingles of my choice.
Today Nick came to inspect my roof which he said is in perfect condition.
In addition, he did some caulking not related to the roof as a favour to me because of the current shortage of manpower.
I can attest most gratefully to his honesty and kindness not to mention the quality of workmanship that is still evident after 21 years

Lakeshore roofers replaced our roof around 2007, everything about the job was done professionally and quickly and for a fair price. The roof is still in perfect shape. We had an extension added in 2011 and recently had an issue with its roof , I called Nick and he came by and checked it out , replaced a sewer stack cap and diagnosed the issue ( Honestly ) with recommendations of how to fix it. He waived my offer to pay! That is service. Highly recommend Lakeshore Roofers

I highly recommend Lakeshore Roofing. After nine years that the roof had been installed a leak was detected by my buyer’s inspector. The problem was between the gutter and the fascia. They honoured their warranty and fixed it at no charge even though the cause was more a gutter problem than a roof problem. They also prepared a report to appease the buyer. Thank you For all your help Nick.

Lakeshore roofing repaired my neighbors roof. They left nails and shingle bags all over my property. I had to pick them up. On top of that some shingle bags blew into my 60 foot tall pine tree about 30 feet up. I called and spoke to Lakeshore roofing thrice asking them to remove the bag from my tree. No one even had the decency to call me back. Very poor service from a company who has been part of the west island community for a long time. I am very disappointed and have no intention of ever allowing them to work for me.
