Some of our roof shingles needed replacing, one call to Abbey Roofing and within a few hours we had a very reasonable quote. They were very responsive and friendly to all our questions. The crew arrived promptly in the morning and completed the job in one day. They were courteous, worked diligently and cleaned up before they left. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I lost few shingles in the crazy windstorm we had during Dec 11 2021. It was really bad time to lose the shingles. I reached out to Abbey roofing and explained the situation. I had a few issues with the old owner of Abbey roofing who was unable to fix a problem with the roof that he installed. Andre the new owner responded to me and compensated me for the poor response of the old owner. Stand up Honest guy. He could have walked away from the whole issue.

Very professional staff. They did the roof on time and changed the all the rotten plywood as promised. They cleaned all many times after the job. David, the sales rep, is responsive and explain well what will happen.

The sales person did a great job, the roof was installed on the agreed upon date. The quality of the materials is impeccable. The only issue: the installers forgot to replace flashings below two of my windows on the roof, leaving the structure exposed. I have been trying to get this fixed since the end of March and am getting the runaround. Extremely disappointing. How can they improve? Just deliver what you sold and I paid for.

It is quite a pleasure to communicate with André. Tons of my questions were answered patiently and precisely. I realize that I’m talking with an experienced person in construction section and it builds my trust on Abbey. On site team is easy to cope with. For the two days they were working on my big roof, they cleaned up work place everyday before leave. The thing that impressed me deeply is that the team leader, Alex, is quite keen on essential detail to prevent roof from leaking.
