Billy and his crew are amazing! Had leak on my garage roof and gave Billy a call.
I'm on the road as a trucker and Billy set my mind at ease by telling "don't worry I will take care of it". Even though i was out of town for another 2 weeks!
Happy wife happy life! The leaky garage was no longer a burden for my wife. 2 days later Billy, true to his word, took care of it,no leaks since.

The first time I met the owner of Demos Roofing was in the year 2006. Since then they did some small work on the roof of my commercial building because of leaks. I was Impressed with the owners attitude, kindness, honesty and the quality of his work. "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom." Thomas Jefferson.The month of May 2018 they did the roof of 3.500 s.f on the same building. I must say that they did an Excellent job and used first quality material!! I am an engineer and use DEMOS ROOFING for all my expertises and contracts. They have always served me well and the owner is as honest and straight up as can be. After a few estimations, I stuck with Demos Roofing simply because of their honesty and price for my recent purchase. I've had the privilege of calling Mr. Demos for an issue on my roof. He showed up on time, and went to inspect the roof. He told me that I needed to patch up a small issue in order to fix the condensation. He ended up taking care of it, and didn't charge me for it, since it wasn't a major job.
Before contacting this company, I went with another one to get an estimate, and they came back to me with a 3000$ bill for the work they'll do.
Simply put, Demos roofing won't charge me unecessarily, and are honest with the clients at all times, only proposing services when it is actually needed. This transparency
