We are SO grateful for Coastal Cleaners! I would highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning. Elaine was lovely to speak with on the phone and Andrew not only was professional and skilled, he went above and beyond to work around (major) unexpected mess and delays due to other contractors we hired for our reno. A home we just purchased had old stained carpets that we thought we’d simply have to replace, but he brought them back to life! We’re absolutely blown away. When I called Elaine was courteous and knowledgeable, she was able to give me an accurate quote on my carpets. The technician onsite was professional and did a thorough job. Thank you to Andrew for doing such an awesome job on our carpets. Starting right from the phone call to book, we experienced total professionalism and passionate for the service they provide. Lots of old stains removed and the place smells fresh but not chemically! We loved that everything was environmentally friendly and the thorough job was done quickly.

I thoroughly researched carpet cleaning services in Vic before landing on Coastal. I received good service from beginning to end. Elaine was extremely courteous and knowledgable on the phone, even taking time to look at my product via its webpage. Andrew picked up and dropped off the rugs right on time and though there was some confusion about delivery, their price for the service made the wait more than bearable.

We moved into our new house on Aug 4th and had them clean the carpets with their hypoallergenic cleaning solutions as we both suffer from allergies to strong chemicals. they were able to clean away all of the previous owners' pet residues and smells and left the carpet in an excellent cleaned state.
We then used them near the end of august to clean our rental suite that we were vacating. The suite had 7 yrs of no carpet washing done (no maintenance from LL) but only vacuuming. Again, they cleaned the place fantastically and left the carpets near to their original color (arctic white) as possible

We had these folks pick up and clean 7 "Persian" wool area rugs of assorted sizes. We suspected moth infestation in our rugs that had never been cleaned beyond vacuuming in 20 years (!) We were given thorough information regarding chemicals methods and costs. We couldn't be more pleased with both the quality of the cleaning and the courteous manner of both the owner Elaine and her son Andrew. We recommend them highly.

December 2nd I had a representative from this company enter my house in order to clean some stains and hallway of my house.
The Person argue with me about the dirt on the white carpet , saying he cant clean it, and the stain were permanent. He talked himself out of a job.

Horrible experience- My carpet was damaged by the machine!
The guy Duane is very chatty, he talked about many controversial/ uncomfortable topics. He even interrupted his work to “chat” with me. He started talking about China just because I’m Chinese, and what’s worse is he made strong and partial statements about my home country. I respect his freedom of speech but I don’t think making customer uncomfortable is included in his job description.

I previously posted a negative review of this company. It was based on my first impression of the representative who came to collect my rugs for cleaning. What I wrote, as I say, was based on my first impression and in no way reflects upon the work the company eventually did. My rugs were returned to me in pristine condition and I called the company to thank them for doing such a good job. I understand the company relies on their representatives to look professional and presentable, and in this case, it might have been better if the person who turned up were to make an effort to give customers
