Brad was very professional and was able to get all stains out and with the deodorizer, my carpets were left smelling Fresh! A big shout out to NationWide! Rob came over and went above and beyond cleaning up the carpets.

Bleach can remove lots of stains, unfortunately it will also remove the color from your carpet. NEVER RUB! Rubbing or aggressive blotting can cause a stain to spread or penetrate deeper. A clean white towel or paper towel allows you to see when you are no longer absorbing the spot or stain. Ammonia Solution: One tablespoon of household ammonia(Sudsy) to half a cup of lukewarm water.
We hire and train long term, full time employees. No sub-contractors or temporary workers. Our staff are professionally trained and certified, and get over 6 weeks of on the job training before they do a single job on their own. We've been around for over 35 years, and have learned a lot about serving our customers over that time.

Rob is a fabulous technician. His work is meticulous. The wall-to-wall carpet was left as dry as possible. And he did a wonderful job removing several stains and spots. We happily use Nationwide again and again and are always trilled to have Rob in our home.

Had our carpets cleaned on June 28 after receiving a quote locally as $119.36. I had later added a bedroom to be cleaned after the original quote. Due to the extreme heat, we were unable to have the bedroom cleaned so just had the original living room/dining room combo and a hallway cleaned. The fellow who did the cleaning was excellent, very respectful and did a good job. However, the bill I received was $172.15!
