Service from Luv-A-Rug was exceptional: fast responses, great communication, but most important, a beautiful cleaning of my Chinese wool rugs. I was amazed at how white the fringes were, and the pile renewal and brighter colors were obvious. We have had it for years and it needed care -- cleaning and repair of the fringe and one full side.
You must LOVE how clean we were able to get your area rug or we will give you your money back. We guarantee that whenever you bring in one of your dirty (and/or stinky) area rugs to us, we will give it back to you feeling soft, fluffy and fresh smelling - just like it was on the day you first brought it home with you.
They loaded it into my vehicle when I went to pick it up about 2 weeks later. At home I noticed a stain covering roughly one foot of the edging in one corner, so I phoned. Both times we were very happy-the rugs came back clean and fresh, and we also took advantage of their moth treatment service to prevent further damage.

Knowledgeable and professional. If you have a quality rug, this is the place you want to have it cleaned. I was cautious about having my oriental rugs cleaned by other advertised rug cleaners. Dusty knows his stuff. He specializes in oriental rugs. My rug looks great and I received it well within the two weeks I was quoted. Prices are very fair and reasonable. I won't hesitate to bring my other orientals here to be cleaned. Dusty also told me that they will pick up and deliver rugs too large to transport myself.

Our first time using Luv a Rug and did so based on other reviews. We were not disappointed. Dusty and his team did a great job and in a timely manner. 10 x 12 Wool area rug is like new. Very professional store with a great attitude.

For 30 years we have counted on the efficiency and knowledge of Luv-a-rug staff to take care of our area carpet cleaning. Soil on area carpets kind of sneaks up on you, rather like not noticing how tall the children are getting until they have been away at summer camp.

I brought a childhood rug to Luv-A-Rug that had been severely water damaged and forgotten in a basement. The backing of the rug would literally fall off in your hand. Dusty was very open and professional. We removed the old backing and he fixed some spots on the rug that were starting to unravel as it was not a particularly great quality rug. Dusty never gave up hope on the rug, which I really appreciated since it has high sentimental value to me. Now, it's been properly repaired and I'm so glad that it was taken care of. Fast, friendly, professional, and they have an online quote system that actually works. I filled out the form on the website, and the owner got back to me very quickly.
We live in Nanaimo and had to have our 8x10 area rug cleaned. They do home pickup and drop off if you don't live in Victoria. A courier picked up the rug the next day, and then two days later we had it back wrapped up neatly in plastic.
We've had this rug for 5 years and never had it cleaned, but they had it looking as good as if it were brand new. Would definitely use their services again!
